How long does it take to Transfer a domain and what about downtime?

Domain name Transfer takes 24 to 120 hours, depending on how fast the domain's administrator confirms the transfer request and the releasing registrar processes the transfer request. There will be no downtime. Settings are retained fully as the domain name moves from your current registrar to us.
