PHP: Is PHP running with Safe Mode On?

Safe mode is Not enabled by default but, the server runs phpsuexec and this means that it can't access files or folders with permissions 777.
If your files had such permissions and it may cause the error. We recommend you changing the files to permissions 644 and folders to permissions 755, and re-try your script.
