Your email address is maintained in two places,
(1) Customer Portal System - https://www.indichosts.net/billing
(Account, invoices and payments accounting system. Primary System, recommend to keep updated at all times.)
(2) Hosting Control Panel - cPanel/Helm/WSP/Plesk
(Hosting management system - Non essential, required to send password reminder for your control panel)
While you can update email address in (2), for modification of your email address in (1), you need to request by support ticket with Billing Department
