Latency is normally 120-150ms which has now risen above 200ms. Packet loss has consistently been between 5-20% since today morning (9:00AM IST UTC+5:30). This affects all our Indian datacenters in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.

During this time, till TATA, Airtel, Jio finish re-routing the traffic across other cables or via different routes, you will continue to face higher latency and packet loss from International destinations.
