How to add an email account on your Apple iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

To add an email account on your iOS device

  1. Tap Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

  3. Tap Add Account.

  4. Select your email provider. If you don't see your email provider listed, tap Other > Add Mail Account.

  5. Choose Other and provide the required information to finish adding your account.
