Managed Cloud VPS · KVM · NVMe
Your own servers, run by our engineers.
Dedicated vCPU, RAM, and NVMe that are yours alone, with the people who tune, patch, and watch them included. You ship your product; we keep the floor solid.
Managed
Actually managed
Kernel updates, hardening, monitoring, backups, and tuning are our job. "Managed" here means we do the work, not that we sell you a control panel.
Isolation
Dedicated resources
KVM virtualization with dedicated cores and RAM on a 1 Gbps port. Your own kernel, your own OS. Your neighbours cannot slow you down.
Resilience
High availability
N+1 redundant storage (RAID-10) with fail-over between hosts, backed by a 99.9% uptime SLA. DDoS protection and a dedicated IPv4 + IPv6 (with rDNS) included.
Choice
Your OS, your stack
AlmaLinux, Ubuntu, Debian, or Windows Server, with Webmin included free. cPanel is our preferred control panel and is available as a paid add-on, as are Plesk and DirectAdmin. If you need something unusual, ask.
Residency
India, US, or EU
Choose the region your data must live in. DPDP, RBI, and SEBI residency requirements handled by design.
Migration
We move you in
Migration from your current host is done by us, tested, and cut over at a time you choose. No downtime surprises.

Software & stack
What runs on it, and what a control panel costs if you want one.
- Operating systems
- AlmaLinux, Ubuntu LTS, Debian, or Windows Server
- Control panel
- Webmin included free on every tier. cPanel is our preferred panel and is available as a paid add-on
- cPanel
- Optional add-on: Solo (1 account) ₹2,400/mo, Admin (5 accounts) ₹3,360/mo to confirm
- Plesk / DirectAdmin
- Available as priced add-ons; ask and we will quote
- Why cPanel is not bundled
- A cPanel licence is a real recurring cost. Bundling it would raise the price of every plan, including for people who never open it. You pay for it only if you want it.
- OS reinstalls
- Self-service from the customer portal, any time, or ask us and we will do it for you
- Unusual stacks
- If you need something non-standard, ask; we run mixed and custom estates
What "managed" covers
Every tier is managed to the same standard. This is the part most providers leave vague.
- Every tier
- Hardware and network monitoring, 4-hour hardware replacement, reboots, IP changes, network troubleshooting, 24/7 on-site personnel
- Included operations
- Provisioning, hardening, OS and stack patching, tuning, incident response, security management: our engineers do the work, you do not
- Engineer hours
- Plan includes 2 engineer hours per month, additional engineer hours available if required as an add-on
- Why engineer hours are capped
- Engineer time is the one thing that cannot be oversold. An unlimited allowance would either be fiction or would price every plan for the heaviest user. Two hours covers normal operations; past that you buy hours at a published rate, and only if you need them.
- Support channels
- Helpdesk, email and live chat, with emergency phone for production-down
- Root access
- Service is Fully Managed: our engineers hold root, so the SLA means something. We set up and maintain, so it works to your specifications.
- If you want root either way
- The self-managed KVM VPS line gives you root and you set the pace: considerably cheaper, and we still answer the phone.
Security & backups
What protects the server, and how your data stays recoverable.
- Daily backups to separate storage: 100 GB on Launch, 200 GB on Business, 320 GB on Professional, 500 GB on Enterprise
- Network firewall on every VPS, with network-level DDoS protection in every region
- Automated server snapshots
- Clean dedicated IP space with reverse DNS control
- N+1 redundancy across storage, hardware and networking
- OS patching and security management included on every tier
Performance & network
The infrastructure your VPS runs on.
- Storage
- Pure NVMe on RAID-10 SAN
- Network port
- 1 Gbps
- Redundancy
- N+1 on storage, hardware and networking
- Failover
- If a host becomes unresponsive the platform restarts your instance on the next available node in minutes, without operator intervention
- Private networking
- Private VPC and load balancing available between machines and regions
- Scaling
- Scale vCPU, RAM and storage up or down, often without a reboot
- Data centres
- India (Mumbai), US (Los Angeles or Salt Lake City), EU (Falkenstein), agreed with an engineer when the machine is specced, not picked from a dropdown
- Data residency
- Pick the region your data must legally live in. DPDP, RBI and SEBI residency requirements handled by design.
Migration & support
Getting in, and who answers when you need help.
- Seamless migration from cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin or most hosts, free if you run cPanel on any term, or on any annual plan
- We do the transfer, test it, and cut over at a time you choose
- A named engineer answers: the people who tune and patch the servers, not a ticket lottery
- Custom-sized builds are normal for us; tell us the workload and we will shape one

FAQ
Is it actually managed, or just a control panel?
Actually managed. Kernel updates, hardening, security patches, monitoring, backups and tuning are our job; we do the work, we don't just hand you a panel.
Do I get root access?
Every tier is managed to the same standard, so the answer is the same across the range. Our engineers own patching, tuning and recovery. If you want root and full support, take the self-managed KVM VPS line instead and we will still answer the phone.
Why is cPanel not included?
Because a cPanel licence costs real money every month, and bundling it would raise the price of every plan, including for people who never open it. It is an add-on so you pay for it only if you want it. Webmin is included free on every tier.
How is this different from your Semi-Dedicated plans?
Semi-Dedicated gives you a large slice of a shared machine under cPanel: cheaper per site, ideal if you host many sites. Managed Cloud VPS gives you your own kernel, your own OS, redundant SAN storage and host fail-over. Different machine, different job.
How is this different from your KVM VPS?
The KVM VPS line is self-managed: you get root, you run it, and it is considerably cheaper. Managed Cloud VPS adds our engineers, redundant storage with fail-over, and backups. Buy the KVM line if you have a sysadmin; buy this if you would rather not be one.
What happens if a hardware node fails?
Storage, hardware and networking are N+1 redundant on RAID-10. If a node becomes unresponsive, the platform restarts your instance on the next available node in minutes, without operator intervention, backed by a 99.9% SLA.
Can I scale up later, or resize?
Yes. You can scale vCPU, RAM and storage up or down as your traffic changes, often without a reboot. If none of the three sizes fit, we build a custom one.
Where does my server physically run?
Your choice of India (Mumbai), the US (Los Angeles or Salt Lake City), or the EU (Falkenstein).
