Step 2 · Rehearse
We migrate a copy first
Everything is stood up alongside the original and tested on a preview URL. You click through it and sign off before a single DNS record changes. Nothing switches on a hope.
Step 3 · Cut over
Switch at an hour you choose
DNS flips at the time you pick, with the old platform kept warm as a fallback until you say retire it. That fallback is why we can promise zero downtime rather than hope for it.

Migration questions
Is the migration really free?
On any cPanel account it is free whatever the billing cycle, monthly included; that covers Linux hosting, semi-dedicated, reseller, and any VPS or dedicated server running cPanel. On other Linux setups it is free with an annual term. Windows and AI/ML migrations take real engineering hours, so those carry a small incremental cost, priced before we begin. Nothing is ever added to an invoice after the work.
How long does it take?
Your site is live on our infrastructure within 3 business days of us getting access. Most single sites are finished the same day; large multi-site or multi-mailbox moves use the full window.
Will my site go down?
No. Your site keeps serving from the old host the entire time we build and test the copy. The only change at the end is a DNS record, and the old platform stays warm as a fallback until you tell us to retire it.
What control panels do you support?
cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and unpanelled VPS or dedicated servers. If your current host uses something we have not seen, send us access and we will tell you honestly whether we can move it before you commit to anything.
Do I have to hand over my current hosting password?
It is the fastest route, but it is not the only one. You can instead give us a full backup file, or create a temporary limited account and delete it when we are done. If you do share a password, change it once the migration is signed off; that is good practice with any provider, us included.
Can you move my email as well?
Yes. Accounts, forwarders, autoresponders and filters come across, and every message, folder and contact is copied over IMAP. Mail is the part most migrations get wrong, so we test it before the switch, not after.
What if my app is on Vercel, Netlify or Replit?
That is a different kind of move and we do it too: the app is containerised onto managed infrastructure with a real database, real backups and a bill that does not scale with a traffic spike. Same free migration, same rehearsal, same zero-downtime cut-over.
