Plans ordered online are hosted in the US. If your business needs its email kept in India, we can do that, with guarantees in the contract. Arrange it with an engineer before you order; it isn't a checkout option.

Daily server backups
We back up the mail servers every day, so we can recover if something goes badly wrong. As with any email provider, keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
