Daily backups, off the server
We take daily backups on a best-effort basis, storing copies off the hosting server in two locations with 7-day retention. Ask for a file, a database or your whole account back and we restore it. Keep an independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Which plan should I choose?
Start with how many sites you run: Student hosts 2, Advanced 10, Professional 30, and Ecommerce and Business are unlimited. Then think about load. Professional has twice the CPU of the plans below it and adds SSH, which suits WordPress and busier sites; Business carries the most storage. You can move up or down later without changing hosts.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes: move up or down a plan from the client area; the difference is credited or charged pro-rata.
Do you really migrate my site for free?
Yes, on an annual term or longer. We handle the transfer from your current host, test it, and switch over when you say. On a monthly term it is a paid add-on, quoted before we start.
Can I keep my domain where it is?
Yes. Point the domain’s nameservers or DNS records at your hosting account and leave the registration with your current registrar. If you want a new domain, plans on a 1-year or longer term (except Student) include one free.
What do the daily backups cover?
Every account, whatever its size: files, databases and mailboxes. We take the backups daily on a best-effort basis, store copies off the hosting server in two locations and keep them for 7 days. Ask for a file, a database or your whole account back and we restore it from those copies. Keep an independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
What is the money-back guarantee?
30 days. If web hosting is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of signing up for a refund of your hosting fee. Setup fees and domain registrations are not refundable.
What if shared hosting is not enough?
Semi-dedicated keeps cPanel and is fully managed, but reserves dedicated CPU cores and memory for you, from 4 cores and 4 GB upwards. If you need root access or your own software stack, a VPS fits better. Tell us what is running and we will suggest the smallest step that solves it.
Do I get SSH or root access?
SSH comes with Professional and above, and cron and Git are on every plan. Shared hosting has no root access; if you need root, a Standard KVM VPS gives you your own virtual server with full root access.
