Renewals – Will I Receive a Reminder?
Yes. Our system automatically sends a renewal reminder email 21 days before your hosting package or domain is due for renewal. This email will include a proforma invoice and a secure payment link for your convenience.
Access Your Invoices and Services
You can view all your domain names, hosting packages, invoices, and payments through our Customer Portal:
Customer Portal: https://billing.indichosts.net
Username: the email specified at sign-up
Password: the password specified at sign-up
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the Forgotten Password page. If that does not work, please Submit a ticket or email us at billings@indichosts.net.
